Hi, I’m Sawan,


The APEX system took me 6 years to build and perfect. Since then it has helped over 1000 executives achieve accelerated growth in their income, their authority, their satisfaction and their happiness - in their professional lives.


I built the course for busy professionals based on 2 important factors. One, the knowledge must be easy to comprehend and therefore it is presented in bite-sized pieces. And two, it must be easy to adopt so that you don't have the long learning curve I did.


APEX was born 5 years into my career because one day all of a sudden I was fired. In that 1 minute everything I had worked for evaporated right before my eyes. All my hard work, the cost of getting educated, the late nights attending to projects, the promotions I had earned - it all vanished.

I realized that the job search & application process was heavily in favor of hiring companies, and I wanted to shift that balance of power back towards the candidate... and that is what APEX does!
